A special alchemy takes place when women gather to be open and vulnerable with each other. Insights are born, healing happens, hope is revived, despair is tenderly held. Women experience being accepted and deeply listened to without someone “fixing” them. In this environment, movement comes from within, change is organic. The desire to support one another comes from the bonding developed through shared life stories. Receiving and giving flow naturally within the group. Long time members hold a framework for welcoming new women to the group. We are all enriched by the life experiences and the spiritual explorations we share with one another.
