Retreats

When you need a personal retreat because your soul is weary, your grief is heavy, your life direction is in question, or your life has become too full or empty, I will tend to you. Groups

When you realize how important support is from soul sisters, we are here. I facilitate women’s spiritual support groups in Portland and in Sunriver. Ceremonies

Sacred Space

When you wonder how to create personal sacred space in your home or work environment, I will help you.  We can be creative together with what you have. Creating sacred space is one of my passions. Grief

When you are grieving, I will walk with you. I meet with individuals and groups to support people in the journey of grief. I have a deep capacity to hold grief grounded by my own experience, training, supporting others, and being a hospice volunteer. Your grief may be from a recent loss or the resurfacing of past losses. Contact me to explore ways for you to be supported.

Guidance

When you want guidance and perspective from elder wisdom, from a woman who has lived fully and long with an enormous variety of experiences, I will walk with you. I will listen to you and invite your own wisdom forward as I share mine. Together we will wade into possibilities.
